Free Initial Consultation
The successful outcome of any therapy depends greatly on the quality of the relationship between the therapist and the client. I offer a free consultation, with no obligation, which allows you to be sure that you will feel comfortable working with me. You can use the consultation to:
- discuss your problem
- identify your goals
- learn about the techniques involved in cognitive-behavoural hypnotherapy
- agree the treatment plan and number of sessions
Thereafter, consultations are usually once a week and last one hour. The fee per session is £40.

Location
The practice is located in St Leonards-on-Sea. There is free street parking available and the practice is close to West St Leonards and St Leonards Warrior Square railway stations.

I provide a private and comfortable environment in which you can discuss your problems openly with absolute trust. Any information you share with me will be treated in strictest confidence in accordance with the Professional Codes of Ethics and Practice of the regulatory bodies of which I am a member: the National Council for Hypnotherapy (NCH); the General Hypnotherapy Register (GHR); the Register for Evidence-Based Hypnotherapy and Psychotherapy (REBHP); the UK Confederation of Hypnotherapy Organisations(UKCHO).
